Rhinoplasty with SIXLOCK Technique
“SIXLOCK” is a Close rhinoplasty technique. It is a type of silicone rhinoplasty that Thai people are well known for. But SIXLOCK differs in that the tip of the nose is padded with artificial tissue or ear cartilage and has 6 additional stitches to enhance stability. The silicone will be fixed. Due to the padding of the tip, the nose can be more prominent 2-3 millimeters than normal silicone augmentation. It is close to open technique and safer. It’s like a normal silicone surgery.
